Privacy Policy

We collect account details you provide, such as your email address, display name, password-derived authentication data, and creator niche. We never receive or store your plain-text password.

When you use the product, we process video URLs, captions, transcripts, analysis results, generated scripts, remix inputs, and basic usage records. We also keep billing status, credit activity, and transaction references; complete card details are handled by Stripe rather than CreatorEcho.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, device information, and error logs.

We use information to authenticate users, provide analyses and remixes, maintain credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve product reliability, and communicate about your account or support request. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to operate CreatorEcho, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection, Stripe for billing, Google services for video metadata and AI processing, and Apify for supported public-content retrieval. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

CreatorEcho uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear the session cookies by logging out or using your browser controls.

We retain account and product data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, row-level database policies, and restricted service credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update profile details in the product. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, email don@donlyons.co. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security and billing needs.

CreatorEcho is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
