Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

CreatorEcho is a subscription software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered analysis and optimization tools for short-form video scripts. Features include hook grading, retention scoring, script rewriting, and a visual pipeline editor. The Service is delivered entirely digitally through a web-based application at creatorecho.com.

Free Trial. New users may receive access to a free trial. Trial duration, feature limits, and eligibility are disclosed at sign-up. No payment method may be required to begin a trial, or if a payment method is required, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You will be notified before any charge occurs.

Paid Subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us, and our payment processor Stripe, to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate until cancelled.

Pricing and Currency. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Changes to Pricing. We may change subscription prices. Any price change will apply to renewals after reasonable advance notice to you and will not affect the current paid billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period; your access continues until the end of that paid period. Because we offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
• upload, submit, or generate content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates another party’s intellectual property or privacy;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond documented rate limits or API allowances;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service to train a competing AI model or derivative product;
• circumvent security, authentication, or usage-metering features.

You retain ownership of any video scripts, URLs, or other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant CreatorEcho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your User Content to train our AI models or sell it to third parties.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate analysis, scores, and suggestions (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect current platform policies or trends, and are not guaranteed to produce any particular business, financial, or creator outcome. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI Output.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data), Google Gemini (AI), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and all other content we provide, is owned by or licensed to Wise Empire LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT, INCLUDING VIEWS, ENGAGEMENT, OR REVENUE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WISE EMPIRE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Empire LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or activity that could harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
