Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Only submit content you are authorized to access and process. Do not use CreatorEcho to violate law or another person's rights, evade platform restrictions, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.

CreatorEcho produces analyses and drafts with automated systems. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material available elsewhere. Review and edit output before publishing or relying on it. Scores are creative heuristics, not predictions or guarantees of reach, revenue, or platform performance.

You retain your rights in content you submit and may use generated output subject to applicable law and third-party rights. CreatorEcho does not grant you ownership of videos, music, trademarks, or other third-party material referenced by an analysis. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions.

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Subscription credits reset according to the purchased plan; one-time credit-pack balances do not expire while the account remains available. Prices and plan features may change prospectively. Stripe processes payments, and its checkout will show the final price and billing interval before purchase.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue product features and may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or others. We work to keep CreatorEcho available, but third-party platforms, APIs, and AI providers may change or experience outages without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, CreatorEcho is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific results. Wise Empire LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid CreatorEcho during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
