Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of CreatorEcho subscriptions from Wise Empire LLC (“CreatorEcho,” “we,” “us”). Please read it carefully before subscribing. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Free Trial — Evaluate Before You Pay
CreatorEcho offers a free trial to every new user. During the trial, you can use the core features of the Service and decide whether CreatorEcho is the right fit before any charge occurs. The trial duration, feature limits, and any step-up requirements will be disclosed clearly at sign-up.
Because we give you a risk-free way to try the Service before paying, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees for monthly or annual plans, once charged, are final and non-refundable, including for:
- partial months or partially used billing periods;
- unused features within your plan tier;
- forgotten cancellations after auto-renewal;
- changes in your personal circumstances or business needs.
This policy is disclosed at checkout. Your subscription confirmation email also restates it.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in two steps:
- Sign in to your CreatorEcho account.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you cannot access your account for any reason, email hello@creatorecho.com from the address associated with your account and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
4. What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stops auto-renewing. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free or read-only state, and any paid features will be disabled.
5. Exceptions and Chargebacks
We will consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error.
- Unauthorized charges resulting from confirmed fraud on your payment method.
- Failure of the Service to be available for an extended period due to our fault (not scheduled maintenance), at our sole discretion.
If you believe one of these exceptions applies, please contact us at hello@creatorecho.com within 30 days of the charge. Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer; chargebacks submitted without first contacting us may result in account suspension and loss of access to the Service.
6. Price Changes and Trial-to-Paid Conversions
If your free trial converts automatically to a paid plan, we will notify you by email before any charge occurs so you have the opportunity to cancel. Price changes on renewal will be communicated in advance and will not apply to the current billing period.
7. Taxes
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
